These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Mich Murrieta Viajes website and our travel advisory and booking-management services. By requesting a quote or booking with us, you accept what is described here.
1. Who we are
Mich Murrieta Viajes is a Mexican travel agency offering personalized advice and booking management for Disney, Universal, cruises, theme parks and hotels.
2. Our service is free
Advice and planning are free for you. We are paid through commissions from the providers when you book through us. You pay the same price (or less) than booking on your own.
3. We act as intermediaries
We facilitate the relationship between you and the providers (parks, hotels, cruise lines, airlines and tour operators). Travel services are provided by those third parties under their own terms, policies and rates.
4. Flights
We do not handle flight purchases directly. We can guide you, but airline ticket purchases are made by you or a third party, under the applicable airline's conditions.
5. Quotes and prices
Quotes are estimates and subject to availability and provider changes until the booking is confirmed and paid. Prices are shown in the stated currency and may vary due to exchange rates, season or promotions.
6. Bookings and payments
Confirming a booking may require a deposit and final payment per the provider's policies. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates and details before confirming. Payments are governed by each provider's conditions.
7. Changes and cancellations
Changes, refunds and cancellations are subject to each provider's policies and may involve fees or penalties beyond our control. We help you manage them, without guaranteeing outcomes that depend on third parties.
8. Travel documentation
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, visa (where applicable) and any required documentation. We share known requirements, but we are not responsible for denied entry, deportation or losses arising from incomplete documentation.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking or damages attributable to providers, nor for acts of God or force majeure (weather, closures, contingencies). Our liability is limited to the advice and management we provide.
10. Communication
Our main channel is WhatsApp and social media. Response times we indicate are estimates given in good faith.
11. Personal data

12. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, images, brand and design) belongs to Mich Murrieta Viajes or its owners and may not be reproduced without authorization. Third-party marks (Disney, Universal, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is subject to the Federal Consumer Protection Law and the competent authorities in Mexico (Profeco).
