How parks measure kids (no surprises)
- They measure WITH shoes on — but tall hairstyles and hats don't count.
- Disney and Universal have measuring stations at each ride entrance; borderline kids get re-measured at every queue.
- Mom trick: measure at home a week before with the sneakers they'll wear. If they're 1-2 cm short, pick thicker soles.

Parks are strict: if they don't reach the mark, they don't ride (it's a safety issue — the harness won't fit right). Plan around the rides they CAN go on and use Rider Switch for the rest.
